Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time within Europe is approximately 3–5 business days.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders over a certain amount.

Delivery Method

We work with trusted logistics partners. Deliveries are made to your home.

Incomplete or Damaged Delivery

If you receive a damaged shipment or if something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages not picked up within the specified time will be returned to us. Customers will be charged for shipping and handling costs for unclaimed packages.
