Return Policy

We only accept returns if the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery. Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Due to the nature of food, no returns are accepted for freeze-dried products, as we cannot guarantee proper handling after delivery.

Approved refunds are made to the same payment method used for purchase, and are processed within 5–7 business days.
