Delivery and return information

Our delivery times are 1–3 business days within Sweden. For Europe, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be offered for promotions or larger orders.

We work with reliable shipping companies and deliver to agents or directly to your home, depending on the shipping option you choose. Should an item arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures and order number, and we will help you further.

Please note that we do not accept returns of food products, as we cannot guarantee proper handling after delivery. Refunds are only granted for approved complaints and are made to the same payment method used for purchase.

Uncollected packages will be charged for shipping and handling costs.
