1. Products & Responsibilities

We sell freeze-dried treats such as fruit, candy and ice cream. All products are pre-packaged and in their original form. We are not responsible for handling or storage after delivery. Product images are indicative - content may vary.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Since our products are food, there is no right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or faulty - please contact us within 48 hours.

3. Payment & Refund

All payments are handled securely. If a refund is approved, it will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

4. Changes

We reserve the right to change prices, products or these terms and conditions without prior notice.
